More of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

We came across a peacock, just hanging out near a park bench

Check out the long tail...too bad we couldn't see it open

The last time we went to the zoo, the Budgie Buddies exhibit was not there. Being able to walk around, surrounded by all the free-flight birds was interesting.

This little guy kept waddling up to the water's edge, like he was going to jump in and then found something else to do.

A couple of times we came across a chipmunk roaming around...

Whether he was tired or playing dead, I'm not sure but he only stopped for a moment before taking off again

I have a picture of Mac when he was almost one, with these deer. I couldn't miss a chance to get another one!

The Morning after...

The boys had a great time playing games all night...and into the morning. They finally fell asleep around 6:30 am, though I am no sure how they managed that...
