Happy 4th of July! A nice warm day turned into an evening of thunder and lightning. We weren't sure if the fireworks would still go off but I'm glad the boys convinced me to go to the Air Force Academy still to find out. As we made our way to the field it was sprinkling a bit, but otherwise it turned out to be a great time. By the time we got back to the car afterwards and for the entire ride home, we had heavy rain and hail.
