Lookout Mountain Incline Railroad

Our last stop of the day was to the Incline Railway. Opened in 1895 the railway opened, rising up he steepest part of Lookout Mountain. With an incline of 72.7% at one point, it is the steepest passeger incline in the world!

Here's a look from the bottom of the railway.
A look from the top.

The whole way up Jacob kept talking about how he was convinced the cable was going to break and we were going to fall to the bottom. He wanted us to get the car and drive up to get him because he did not want to take the train back down.
